TABATA is a high intensity workout that includes 10 challenging exercises. Participants perform for 4 sets at 20 seconds with a 10 second recovery between each set. Participants are given 30 seconds to get to the next exercise. This class is not for those just beginning in their exercise journey.
TOTAL BODY is a full body workout that begins with 15 min of core conditioning followed by a combination of upper and lower body strength training ending with a full body stretch
H.A.T. (Hips, A_ _ and Thighs) : This moderate impact class targets the lower body and will get your heart pumping. The workout includes 5 min cardio warm-up
CORE DEJOUR: Train and condition the entire core in this moderate impact class that incorporates stretching and balance.
Elite Athlete Training (E.A.T.) is a 60 min training sessions includes 15 min of balance and stability training followed by 15 min of core and agility training concluding in 30 minutes of strength and conditioning.
TANG SOO DO: A Korean martial art with practical self defense techniques. Great for flexibility, strength and toning.
Pump & Praise: Proverbs 27:17 "As Iron Sharpens Iron, so one person sharpens another" Saturday's at 6 a.m. this men’s workout begins with a 15 minute devotional followed by a 45 min total body workout. This is a great way to start the weekend and put the focus on the physical and spiritual things to help bring men together to build up their families and communities.
Every Saturday at 7 a.m. is dedicated to the building and strengthen ladies both physically and mentally in this 60 min high intensity workout.
